When you replace our sample names, date and location below that with your own, you can also change the font and color to suit your style. the default color is a very dark gray that’s mostly black. While we’ve used just first names in our sample text, you can of course add a last name, or ‘Mr.s and Mrs….’ and you can also edit the ‘+’ symbol between the names to show an ‘&’ symbol or something else.
We’ve set rounded corners as the default shape, but this design also looks great with sharp corners, so try both looks in editing mode to see which grabs you!
On the front, we’ve made the background transparent to let the color of the paper simply serve as the base tone. You can edit this and pick a color if you prefer. On the back, we’ve chosen a background color called White Smoke, it’s a very light gray that’s mostly white. You can easily change this color as well if you’d like, to another hue or to transparent to show the paper color.
We’ve put some placeholder text on the back for you to delete and replace with your own message, with or without your names, if you want to sign by hand when you get the cards. But you might also simply choose to delete our placeholder text and leave the back entirely blank so that you can write a message by hand on each card and sign your names.
The default paper type, matte, has a soft warmth to it and resists smudging, so it’s a great choice for writing your own message. You can edit this and choose semi-gloss or another paper type instead.
In any case please do remember that there’s placeholder text on the back as well as the front and to delete all of our sample/placeholder text on both sides of the card, as well as our sample photo!
The text color on back is also dark gray that’s mostly black, but you can change the color, font and text size.
The default size is 5″ x 7″ and you can order your cards with or without white envelopes.
